Duties:

Entry Level Experience:

1

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting and
cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.

Ability to multi-task, be self-driven, reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks

3

Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as needed.

4

We are willing to train a self-motivated candidate with little experience

5

Requires an associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Multi-Year Experience:

1

Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing repairs on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

2

Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.

3

Ability to effectively present repair and/or replacement proposals to the customer

Qualifications:

1

Valid driver's license

2

Pass a pre-employment drug screening

3

Pass a pre-employment background check

4

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

  • HVAC: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • EPA Type II (Preferred)
