Entry Level Experience:

1. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including inspecting and cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, and replacing filters.
2. Ability to multi-task, be self-driven, reliable, focused, and committed to completing tasks
3. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as needed.
4. We are willing to train a self-motivated candidate with little experience
5. Requires an associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.

Multi-Year Experience:

1. Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and completing repairs on both residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
2. Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
3. Ability to effectively present repair and/or replacement proposals to the customer

Qualifications:

1. Valid driver's license
2. Pass a pre-employment drug screening
3. Pass a pre-employment background check
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
